sound bath starts at 7pm. come by 6:45pm to get a comfortable spot.

Bring a yoga mat, towel or  blankets, pillow to sit on, water bottle and slippers as we are a "shoes off inside the house" home.

Please arrive by 6:45pm to find a comfortable spot
